Payment & Cancellation Policy
Our company accepts credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB and Paypal. We accept payments from all countries in the globe. All prices are including a 10% sales tax recommended by the Egyptian government. Booking must be a minimum of one week before the reservation date. We accept booking of at least 2 individuals, if not please e-mail us on info@travacationEgypt.com.
Request Form:
  1. Client will be redirected to a request form if ordering a request which includes a holiday package.
  2. Client will submit his information and booking details to Travacation Egypt.
  3. Travacation Egypt is not obliged to provide service with the exact price posted on the website catalogue.
  4. Client will receive a response within 48 hours to confirm his booking price and details.
  5. Client will confirm booking by providing payment information with 2CO (To Check Out). 2CO is a secured payment intermediary which provides utmost security to the buyer and seller.
  6. Client provides full payment to Travacation Egypt.

Direct Payment
  1. Client will be redirected to direct payment if he made a request which does not include a holiday package.
  2. Client Submits his payment information when requested
  3. Payment information will be received by 2CO (To Check Out) a world class secure payment intermediary.
  4. Client Receives a confirmation for booking and payment on his email within 48 hours by Travacation Egypt.
  5. Full payment is made at booking.

Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 30 days prior to booking: 75% Refund
  • More than 21 days prior to booking: 50% Refund
  • Less than 21 days prior to booking: No Refund
